I've just realised that I posted nothing at all for August. I was busy in my own head, turning 40. I'm sure you understand. Consider it a period in a cocoon, preparing for my time as a curvier, wrinklier, wiser butterfly.

40 rocks...
I've been 40 all year. It's had it's highs and lows but, basically being 40 is really quite lovely. It's a roll with the punches kind of age!
